Participants should display excellent condition in the following types of training:
- Cardiovascular
- Strength
- Flexibility
NUTRITION
- Participants should maintain a balanced and nutritional diet according to their particular needs.
HEALTH
- Participants should be in good general health and demonstrate smart, health-conscious decision making.
- Special consideration will be given to participants who have overcome a serious medical condition or life event.
SPORTS
- Participants should lead active and athletic lifestyles by being regularly involved in at least one sporting discipline.
- Participants should also participate in competitive tests within their sport (tournaments, exhibitions, etc.).
- Years of experience within the sport will also be acknowledged.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
- Participants must be active and outstanding role models in the community (e.g. coaching youth sports, volunteer work at hospitals or related institutions, charity walks, or leading blood drives or other healthy initiatives in the workplace and/or neighborhood).
- Participants must embody balanced lifestyles centered around our four core topics (Fitness, Nutrition, Health, and Sports).
