SHAKEDOWN, BREAKDOWN
The fast way to get a good dose of nutrients before a workout.

Many of the seemingly single-serve and smoothie shakes promoted for sports and bodybuilding are often excessive in calories and fat, especially when nut butters are used to fortify the sugar-based fruit mix.
Our SOBeFiT version is ideal for both strength and endurance. With just 220 calories and low in total fat, saturated fat and cholesterol, it’s fortified with 21 grams of protein and 31 grams of carbohydrates (with just half from simple sugars).
A good source of calcium and vitamin C, our smoothie also has the unique benefit of being rich in anthocyanins—phytonutrient compounds with antioxidant potential to squelch the loose oxygen molecules (free radicals) naturally produced by exercise itself. Other unique ingredients include Greek yogurt (high in protein and lower in sugar than regular yogurt) and white tea.

½ c. blueberries
1 tsp ground flaxseed
4 oz blueberry-infused white tea (chilled)
