Be the best they've ever been in 2010 by participating in innovative and exciting programs, classes and staff will be available to help everybody reach their wellness goals.
The transformation begins Wednesday, January 13, with an event from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Opening Remarks from Dean Pascal Goldschmidt at 11:00 a.m., Sebastian the Ibis will arrive at 12:00 p.m. Come visit all the different vendors tables. Pasha's Refreshments, Sambazon juices, Runner's High, Sports Medicine, SOBeFiT, Plastic Surgery, Self Defense Demo, and spin the wheel of wellness and win prizes.
