Broad Bay Harbor K-8 Center 1155 93rd Street Bay Harbor Islands, FL Description: On Saturday, May 1, 2010, from 10 a.m.- 10 p.m., the Towns of Surfside, Bay Harbor Islands and Bal Harbour Village will unite to host their first community-wide RELAY FOR LIFE event to be held at the Ruth K. Broad Bay Harbor K-8 Center in Bay Harbor Islands. As the American Cancer Society’s national signature event, this local RELAY FOR LIFE event’s purpose is to raise awareness and funds for cancer research, which will directly support and benefit various cancer initiatives in the three communities.
