*Sandals Resorts Luxury Included ® Vacation (the "Prize") is provided by Unique Vacations, Inc. and Sandals Resorts (collectively referred to as "Sandals"). Winner must be at least 18 years of age at the time of winning. The Prize consists of an all-inclusive four-day/three-night stay for two adults at a Sandals Resort. The term "all-inclusive" is as defined by Sandals, and the complete definition and conditions of the Prize shall be provided to the winner by Sandals within a reasonable time from the award of the Prize. The resort will be chosen by the winner from a list of available resorts provided by Sandals. Taxes, processing fees and airfare are not included and must be paid by the winner. The Prize must be redeemed for travel before February 11, 2011. Reservations will not be confirmed until 30 days prior to selected travel date. Reservations are subject to availability and selected blackout dates, at Sandals' discretion. Sandals reserves the right to relocate the winner from their resort of choice to another resort, based upon availability. Further restrictions may apply, and winner will be notified of them by Sandals within a reasonable time from the award of the Prize. Winner will provide an IRS Form W-9, at Sandals' or SOBeFiT's request, and will be given an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the Prize. Prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
